East to West Yoga's Susie Dias
Susie Dias is a Toronto based Yoga and Pilates Teacher and filmmaker who combines these skills to create DVDs with high production quality and skilled movement instruction. She has been teaching for over 20 years and has authored over 20 teacher training manuals. She founded East to West Yoga and Pilates, a teacher training school and studio in the west end of Toronto. She is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 500–hour level, certified with the Federation of Ontario Yoga Teachers, and is a Stott Pilates trained instructor, having trained personally with Moira Stott.

Pilates Mat Workout
Classical pilates is strictly based on Joseph Pilates original program called Contrology . This DVD includes an introduction that reviews the pilates mat fundamental principles, a 50-minute mixed level classical pilates mat workout designed for the average healthy person, and a 10-minute deep relaxation that can be practiced independently or at the end of the workout. Each mat exercise name is displayed on the screen and there is live musical accompaniment with voice-over instruction with great attention to detail and the exercises flow rhythmically to create an excellent, easy to follow, fun and effective core training workout.
Balanced Yoga
The "Balanced Yoga" video integrates many elements of yoga practice: yoga postures or asanas, breath control or pranayama, meditation or dhyana and deep relaxation or yoga nidra. It is 60 minutes in length and designed for the average healthy person. Always consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. This video program is led and choreographed by Susie Dias, a certified and registered Yoga Teacher. It is set on the beach and accompanied by soothing, melodic music. The cinematography is designed to make following the instructions easy and satisfying.
