 A warm welcome to you, I'm Rosie Connor, the Proprietor, Designer and your Customer Service Person for Dear Lil' Devas.

My intention is for Dear Lil' Devas to spread as much joy as possible (good vibes) through the use of beautiful fabrics, and lovely COMFORTABLE clothing made in an unhurried, mindful atmosphere, where laughter is much more important than speed.

We design and hand-craft (one person makes from start to finish our clothing and accessories personally, in what we call our "studio", absolutely not a factory :-)

I know that for many of you, ordering online is an unusual experience, and I would like to make it as easy as possible and also assure you that your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.

Ordering Online

To order online, please visit the page with your item, and choose from the menu on the page. When you press the "add to cart" button, you will be transferred to your shopping cart. When you click on "checkout" you will be asked to enter your shipment's destination so that your shipping options and totals (with tax where applicable) will be displayed. From there you will choose your method of payment.

*To order multiple items: Your choices will be saved in the shopping cart unless you hit "remove". You are free to continue browsing among the pages and adding and removing items as you wish. To return at any time to your shopping cart, please click on the cart icon at the top right hand corner of your screen.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Dear Lil' Devas ships by Canada Post, the timeframes and costs vary.

  • How quickly will I receive my order? - The short answer is: quite likely very quickly... But, for a more exact time follow the directions below ;-)
  • To calculate your shipping amounts and timeframes place the item/s that you would like to order in your shopping cart. To do this, choose your item on the respective page and click on the red "Add to cart" button. This will take you to your shopping cart where you will be prompted to enter your shipment's address. From there your costs and delivery time options will be listed.
  • The shipping amount and options will vary depending on the number of items that you have in your cart.
  • Feel free to experiment with putting items in the shopping cart to calculate your delivery time - you won't be asked for payment information until you click the "check-out" button. You can go back and forth from the cart to look at more items or get more information. To return to your cart at any time, simply click the cart icon in the right top corner of your window.

One thing to add to this - if you are worried that Dear Lil' Devas won't produce your order in time for it to reach you when you need it - please send me an email after you've placed your order, and we will expedite the production time on our end.

Yes, Dear Lil' Devas ships to PO Boxes :-)
And, we don't charge handling fees - the amount that you pay for shipping is what we in turn pay Canada Post.

Exchange Policy

Return Policy

Dear Lil' Devas accepts returns on all items. Please notify us by e-mail: rosie@dearlildevas.com of your return within 10 days of receipt, and return the item to us in its new condition. Then, once we receive your item back, you will be reimbursed for the total of your item minus the original shipping charges, and you will be responsible for the return postage. As long as you notify us within 10 days of the incoming return, you are free to send back the item by the cheapest way possible (we'll advise you of that).
